What full means? We engage ourselves in activities in order to live a full life, but being in a rush or speedy and distracted by our multitasking, we have never discovered what full means.
In the modern age of speed, ticking our endless ‘to do’ list, we seem not to do anything fully. We are watching television, and even then we are flipping through channels. Speed in this context gives life a superficial feeling which means we never or seldom experience anything fully.

When a colleague talks to you today, try to be fully present, resist the need to check your mobile phone or tap on your keyboard, just be fully present and see how that feels. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. We always know when we are talking to someone and we are not being heard. If this resonates, be fully present in all your activities today.
