“It is in your moment of decision destiny is made”- Tony Robbins.

I love this and it is so true, when we make a decision, and follow it up with massive action we change the course of our life for better. If we don’t take a decision because we are scared and take no action, we risk stagnation, and regret.

Often what we want in life is like a seed growing inside of us, we know yet we may not know, but in time we realise what we want. So never give on yourself.

My father still #inspires me and what he did bringing a German Shepherd when I was three years old, years later, inspired me to bring my German Shepherd, Oscar home. This wish was deep but I never knew I could do this.

Today, it is exactly two years today since Oscar landed. I remember growing up my dad would say sometimes we need to take risks and we need to stretch out of our comfort zone. I am usually quite cautious but my gut told me to say yes to raising a German Shepherd pup. I was turned down by a dog rescue charity because I had never raised or had a dog of my own , a decision I totally respect, but I can now say, I do have some experience.

Like my marathon training, I prepared well before he came home to make sure I was guided by German Shepherd trainers, and experts in this breed.

In our professional journey we often find ourselves at a cross road where a decision has to be made. Listen to your gut feeling, do the research then go for it completely leaving no doubts that you will find the will, and support to grown and succeed. Our decisions define our lives, and in our big decisions, we are sometimes stretched beyond our liking, but in the end, we learn about our potential.

Next time you question if you can do a certain thing just look back to the once seemingly impossible milestones of your past, and you will be pleasantly surprised. We are all far more capable than we give ourselves credit for!
My dog is my zen teacher and he has opened me up in ways I never thought was possible. My father though no more in the physical world still guides me. We just have to open our hearts and our third eye to see the miracles, and the possibilities.

Thanks for reading this.
Peace be with you.
